I cannot say enough about Vincent Loccisano! In fact, words probably do not do him justice. He is very passionate about music. Mr. Loccisano is also enthusiastic, energetic, and very patient with his students.

Vinny has taught both of my son’s piano. We met Mr. Loccisano when my older son, James, was in 3rd grade, he is now 23 years old. Vincent currently teaches my youngest son, Luke, who is a senior in High School. Luke has been taking piano lessons from Vinny for the past 11 years. Vinny has coached Luke through several NYSSMA Piano and NYSSMA Jazz Piano festivals where he has scored Outstanding ratings on multiple levels. He also coached James through NYSSMA Piano Festivals, which led him to being selected to perform in the Honors Piano Concert for the HHH School District. Vinny also hosted several piano recitals for his private students (pre-pandemic) which were always a treat to attend.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Loccisano was coming to the home for private lessons. When we went into lockdown and school became virtual, I found Luke would often practice the piano, as he said it “helped clear his mind”. Within weeks of the lockdown, Vinny began “virtual piano lessons” and I was never so happy to see Vinny’s face on zoom!

Vinny is also very flexible and understanding when it comes to student’s hectic schedules. Mr. Loccisano has long been considered part of our family!
